Event Type

A session designed to give an overall knowledge of several aspects of promoting positive behaviour within both sections and the group. The day will include sessions on team-building, communication skills, the role of British-values in the programme, the aspects of delegation and ‘EDGE’ (Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, Enable), which fosters a positive, safe environment, and promoting the Scout Law and values.

Tea and Coffee will be provided but bring your own lunch and snacks, wet weather gear and appropriate footwear. You do not need to wear uniform.
